Q1: Do you charge for samples?

A1 : We offer free sample by A4 size , but the freight would be charged.

Q2: Can I have your catalogue?

A2: Yes,we can send free sample and free catalog to customer.

Q3: What’s the MOQ and delivery time?

A3 : If the material we have stock, then no need MOQ.  If havn’t stock, The MOQ according design, different from 100M-500M per color. Delivery time: 10-15 day.

Q4: Which term of payment do you accept?

A4: T/T ,L/C,D/P  payment are acceptable.

Q5: How can I get a price of needed synthetic leather?

A5: Please send us the thickness,backing,color/qty,pattern,usage or pictures of the synthetic leather details ,we will send you the quotation according to your information specification soon.

Q6: Is it convenient to check goods in your factory?

A6: Yes, welcome your coming at anytime.

Q7: What about shipping?

A7: We can ship in small quantity by the way of air express/LCL shipment,  larger ones by container to save cost, you can either use your own assigned shipping agent or our cooperative forwarder. Pls do not forget that we are located in Guangzhou.

 Q8: If we do not find what we need on your website, what should we do? Do you make  as per customer’s specific requirements?

 A8: Yes, we can provide bespoke service to customers with specific requirements .You can send the details requirements by email or send us your original samples , we will check if we can develop them . We develop new design every month, and some of them may not yet be updated on our website.

Q9: If we find your bank account different as before, how should we respond?

A9:Pls do not send the payment and double check with us before arrange payment. ( you can call us ,or whatsapp ,skype us to confirm the bank account )

Q10: What’s your company policy if we want to distributing your products in our market?

A10:We have some different policies for different target markets, so please feel free to contact us for detailed discussions and find the most preferential policies for you! Also , you are welcomed to visit our factory and let’s talk face to face!
